We use your personal data to respond to enquiries and service requests, deliver your quiz results and related communications, schedule and manage booked appointments, send appointment reminders and follow-up communications, and improve our services and website. Your data may be processed by the following platforms as part of our operations: Salzza (CRM and marketing automation), Google (Calendar, Meet, Analytics), Meta (Pixel tracking), and Mailgun (email delivery). These platforms process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
